I've participated in many invitational bicycle rides. I've brought my camera along on a few of them and have hopefully captured the spirit of these rides.

Bike the Drive is an early morning ride on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. Lake Shore Drive, is normally closed to bicycles. Once a year, the City of Chicago closes to automobiles and trucks and is instead open to bicycles. Approximately 15,000 cyclists participate.
