On September 5,, 2008 I led a poetry ride for AHBA
In 2003, the Arlington Heights Bicycle Association members had a new jersey designed by one of our members. A small group of us gathered one day for a Jersey Day ride.
The Arlington Heights Bicycle Association holds a bicycle swap the last weekend in April. This event is has had over 2 decades of success. The club allows the community to buy and sell bicycles of all vintages and quality.

Here are a few photos from the 2002 Bike Swap.
Anyone with a bike to sell, lines up to check in their bike. Individuals set their own prices.
Anyone wanting to purchase a bike can enter the swap and look for their dream bike. Early birds line up before we are ready.
Once we open, the looking and purchasing begins.
Club members volunteer their time.
